We recommend one pound of hanging weight per guest, yielding approximately 6 oz. of cooked pork per person.

Our whole hog roasts feature young pigs under 90 lbs. for ideal tenderness, juiciness, and rich flavor. Whenever possible, we source naturally raised, pasture-access pigs from local farms and use minimal seasoning to l

NOTE

A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for custom sourcing, processing, and proper preparation. The result is beautifully roasted pork that is savory, succulent, and memorable—simple, honest, and full of flavor.
